HR Administrator (part -time) - Stuttgart, Germany Job Opening In Stuttgart – Now Hiring M. C. Dean


Job description

Overview

The HR Administrator responsibilities include assisting employees relocating to OCONUS and from OCONUS locations, supporting TESA employees, local orientation, and researching and maintaining an information library.

The incumbent also provides general HR assistance.

This is a part - time position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

Onboarding/Transfers:

+ Provide employees with relocation assistance and relocation information prior to departure.
+ White glove experience to onboard candidates into Germany.
+ Develop, plan and lead orientation in Germany with all new employees.
+ Provide employees with assistance upon arrival in Stuttgart.
+ Base orientation.

HR Support

+ Provide support with general questions around benefits, immigration & mobility, living in Germany, TESA benefits.
+ Interfacing with Project Leaders, Managers, etc.

to disseminate HR information.
+ Sitting in on manager/employee issues as needed.

Terminations & Out-processing:

+ Employee terminations, coordinating with management and corporate HR as required.
+ Out-processing to ensure return of company owned property, ID cards and badges, security de-briefs.
+ Coordinate country out-processing.

Back up responsibilities

+ TESA/TR/UK SOFA
+ BACO-90s

Qualifications

Position Requirements

This position requires at least 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative position.

Associate degree required.

Business related field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The incumbent must meet the following requirements:

+ Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, (native or near-native speaker).
+ General office administration experience.
+ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in a service-related field.
+ Understanding of/experience in the U.S. Military Community.
+ Base sign-on privileges.
+ Previous HR assistance experience is a plus.

The incumbent must possess the following skills:

+ Excellent written and verbal language skills.
+ Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external personnel tactfully and professionally.
+ Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
+ Must be able to handle confidentiality issues professionally and discreetly.
+ Must maintain a high level of communication and customer service.
+ Ability to manage one’s own time to complete projects in a timely manner.
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environments, performing a variety of frequently changing tasks.
