Sie entwickeln für Kunden smarte IoT- und AI-Lösungen, die in Microsoft Azure oder hybrid betrieben werden.


Aufgaben



  • Nutzung vorhandener Kundenpotenziale & Aufbau einer kontinuierlichen Pipeline

  • Dialog mit Neukunden inkl.

    Begleitung z.B. bei der Anforderungsanalyse

  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern

  • Networking und Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen

  • Erstellung von Angeboten, inkl.

    komplexer Ausschreibungsprozesse

  • Durchführung von Kampagnen mit dem Marketing

  • Etablierung skalierbarer Vertriebsprozesse und KPI-Strukturen

  • Weiterentwicklung vom Projekt- zum Produktgeschäft (Cloud & SaaS)


Qualifikation



  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (technisch oder wirtschaftlich) ode rvergleichbar

  • 5–10 Jahre IT-Vertriebserfahrung im Microsoft-/Projekt-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Partnernetzwerk

  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Chancen erkennen, Risiken managen, Performance-Kultur fördern

  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Vertriebsteams KPI-gesteuert

  • Technologieverständnis: Vertraut mit Cloud- & Softwareprojekten, sicher in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern

  • Erste Skalierungserfahrung (z.
