Für unseren Mandanten suchen wir eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit zur Leitung eines Außendienstteams.

Sie beraten Kunden aus Industrie und Forschung in anspruchsvollen messtechnischen Anwendungen – mit Fokus auf High-End-Geräte wie Oszilloskope, Spektrumanalysatoren und Netzwerkanalysatoren.

Dabei erhalten Sie Einblick in zukunftsweisende Projekte u.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines erfahrenen Außendienstteams

  • Betreuung eines eigenen Vertriebsgebiets inkl.

    Reise- und Vertriebsaktivitäten

  • Beratung von Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Messanwendungen in zukunftsorientierten Branchen

  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und gezielte Neukundenakquise

  • Koordination von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Applikationsingenieuren

  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Vertriebsteam





Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik o.

  • Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Hochfrequenz- oder Messtechnik

  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse
