SCOPE OF THE JOB


The Head of Field Development will be responsible for the overall productivity, effectiveness, and growth of the companys independent sales organization, as measured by the Distributors productivity, activity, sponsoring, and retention rates.

The Head of Field Development leads the field success teams that span training, events, incentives, recognition, and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead a winning field sales strategy aligned with the companys KPIs, collaborating with Global Sales Teams to drive growth in Mexico.

  • Serve as the voice of the field, influencing cross-functional partners on strategic decisions, compensation plans, duplication models, and product development across Design & Merchandising, Technology, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Drive field engagement through local meetings, digital and in-person events, including opportunity and training tours, national sales conferences, and leadership summits.

    Provide ongoing coaching to field Leaders via phone, Skype, and Zoom.

  • Mentor and coach Leaders to sustain training effectiveness, strengthen sales, recruitment, and leadership development, and improve team performance.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of programs and materials, ensuring they reflect the most current insights and market data.

  • Recruit and onboard direct-to-corporate Leaders while actively attracting and enrolling new Distributors to expand field strength.

  • Partner with corporate marketing and sales teams to ensure training materials are current, relevant, and tailored to market needs.

  • Lead recognition and rewards programs that drive growth, reinforce the compensation structure, and recommend plan enhancements based on data and field feedback.

  • Ensure flawless execution of program, technology, and product launches by developing and managing cross-functional calendars and aligning teams for field success.

  • Collaborate with partners across Customer Service, Distribution, Merchandising, and Inventory Planning to maintain alignment and executional excellence.

  • Oversee operational processes impacting the field, ensuring supply chain, distribution, and sales initiatives deliver a seamless experience for Distributors and customers.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or related field required.

  • Have 5+ years of direct/social selling experience preferred

  • Proven record of leading and developing teams to their fullest potential, providing honest feedback and coaching, career pathing, and development.

  • Strong understanding of operations and cross-functional processes; experience collaborating with operations teams is preferred.

  • Natural ability to create a fun, high-energy, high-performance team.

  • Be innovative, analytical and create solutions and programs to help distributors thrive in a dynamic changing marketplace and competitive landscape.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, managing priorities in accordance with company goals.

  • Be goal-oriented: set and achieve aggressive goals with measurable results.

  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
