Deine Aufgaben:



  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Digitalisierungsstrategie für HR-Prozesse im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie.

  • Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der bestehenden HR-Systemlandschaft.

     

  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Auswahl globaler HR-Systemlösungen.

  • Steuerung internationaler Projekte zur Implementierung neuer HR-Systeme oder Systemerweiterungen (u.

    a.

    SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Etablierung von SAP SuccessFactors als führendes System für HR-Masterdaten und Workflows sowie Einführung globaler Standardprozesse.

  • Verantwortung für People Analytics & Reporting auf Gruppenebene.

  • Auswahl, Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit Systemanbietern und Implementierungspartnern.

  • Betreuung unserer globalen Key User als 2nd-Level-Support. 

  • Mitarbeit im globalen P&C-Coreteam und Unterstützung bei konzernweiten Digitalisierungsinitiativen (Digitale Personalakte, etc.)


 


Das solltest Du mitbringen:



  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, HR-Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen.

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen sowie mit SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Prozessanalyse und Organisationsentwicklung.

  • Strategisches Denken, verbunden mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz in internationalen Projektumgebungen.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
