    A Snapshot of Your Day

    Join us as a Grid Engineering Manager and take the lead as the key technical interface between our customers and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in the field of grid-related topics for offshore wind projects.

    You’ll engage directly with customers and transmission authorities, guiding project requirements from the early sales phase all the way to execution.

    Every day, you’ll apply your engineering expertise to ensure compliance with grid requirements while shaping innovative solutions to support the energy transition.

    You’ll collaborate with specialists, review cutting-edge studies, and help drive forward greener, more sustainable energy for future generations.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead grid requirement analyses to evaluate Siemens Gamesa’s technical compliance.
  • Partner with customers and transmission authorities to discuss and align on grid-related technical requirements during the sales phase.
  • Manage contract deliverables in the execution phase, including technical documentation, digital models, and specialized grid support.
  • Collaborate with Park Control specialists and product technology teams to identify solutions for current and future developments.
  • Review and perform power system studies in steady-state, dynamic, and transient domains.
  • What You Bring

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering, ideally with experience in wind power or grid developer/operator industries.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, PSS/E, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
  • Experience performing steady-state, dynamic, and transient studies.
  • Strong communication skills in English; French would be an advantage.
  • A self-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to maintain an overview of complex tasks in customer-focused environments.
