Als Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie im Dienstvertrag, unterstützen wir namhafte nationale und internationale IT-Unternehmen.



Für den User Helpdesk bzw.

IT Support unseres Auftraggebers, Europas führenden herstellerübergreifenden Dienstleister für die IT-Branche, suchen wir an den Standorten Bremen, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Halberstadt, Hamburg, Köln, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Ludwigshafen, München, Neckarsulm, Nürnberg, Oberursel, Stuttgart, Münster, Stade, Baunatal, Kassel, Kerpen, Marklkofen, Weimar und Berlin mehrere Service Desk Agenten (m/w/d) bzw.

AUFGABEN


  • Annahme und Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Supportanfragen im IT-Servicedesk bzw.

    Helpdesk auf 1st Level oder 2nd Level Niveau (je nach Projekt, Einarbeitung und IT-Skill auch teilweise bis zu 30% per Remote möglich)

  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Anfragen zu Microsoft Windows und der Microsoft Office Produktpalette 

  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld

  • Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten in einem Ticketsystem

  • Eröffnung von Tickets für den Second Level Support



KENNTNISSE

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld z.B. als IT-Techniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare IT-Berufserfahrung

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office

  • Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld, einem First Level Support bzw.

    Kundensupport, User Helpdesk oder Servicedesk bzw.

    als IT-Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) oder IT-Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) etc.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
