This is a remote position.


Location: Remote-first (2-3 hour time zone from Europe)

Languages: Fluent German (B2+) + Fluent English

Compensation & Growth: Junior – Senior (€40K–€70K) + commission.

Commission: 5% on renewal deal value (typical deals range €30K–€180K per year).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients in Europe - building deep, trusted partnerships with R&D and innovation departments.
  • Understand client goals and translate complex innovation challenges into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyze client engagement - track usage, health metrics, and trends to identify opportunities and prevent churn.
  • Produce meaningful reports - communicate customer outcomes in clear, concise summaries (20-minute read → 2-sentence clarity).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work with Sales, Product, and Data teams to ensure clients extract maximum value.
  • Provide strategic intelligence - connect industry trends and technology data to clients’ business objectives.
  • Present findings confidently - lead presentations and align solutions around client needs.


What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting with enterprise clients (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Solid understanding of innovation, R&D, or technology-scouting processes in large organisations.
  • Skilled in data interpretation and reporting - able to simplify complex insights into clear narratives.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented - you bring the answer, not just the issue.
  • Curious about emerging technologies and market trends.


Bonus Points If You
  • Have a background in engineering, innovation strategy, or market intelligence.
  • Have experience with CRM or analytics tools and can independently prepare structured reports.


Compensation & Growth

  • Looking from Junior – Senior (€40K–€70K) + commission.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in Java development, ideally Java 17 and Kotlin.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, microservices, Maven/Gradle, and REST APIs (SOAP/GraphQL is a bonus).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab/Azure DevOps), and cloud-native development.

Any experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g: Angular, React) Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) at C2 level.

Consulting Mindset: Comfortable working across different client environments and cultures, balancing technical excellence with practical solutions.

Problem-Solver: Driven by complex challenges, with a knack for developing effective solutions.

Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on building valuable relationships.
