Our AUTO1 Group international marketing team combines data-driven performance marketing with innovative technical solutions to enhance a continuous improvement of customer experience.
As a Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will act as a strategic bridge between marketing, product, analytics, and UX/UI teams.
Your mission: to optimize Autohero customer experience with a focus on the mobile app user journey, ensuring every touchpoint - from acquisition to onboarding, engagement, and conversion - is seamless and impactful.
Your new Role
- Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path with one of the focus being the Autohero mobile app’s user journey.
- Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers and the Design Team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other internal tracking tools.
- Take responsibility for projects from ideation to launch guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with a group of cross-functional experts.
Your Skills
- CRO Technical & Analytical Expertise: You’ve got hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, within e-commerce including mobile applications.
Proficiency with digital analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Firebase) - Data-Driven and Analytical: Numbers are your second language.
You can sift through complex data, spot opportunities, and turn insights into strategies that boost performance.
You’re confident with A/B and multivariate testing and know how to build an effective experimentation roadmap. - Strategic Thinker: You focus on impact and ROI, balancing quick wins with longer-term improvements.
You’re not just testing for the sake of it; you’re always tying your work back to the bigger picture.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Detail-Oriented and Organized: You’re meticulous, whether it’s setting up an experiment, QAing a test, or documenting results.
You’ve also got a knack for juggling multiple projects and keeping them all on track. - Collaborative Communicator: You thrive in a team setting, working seamlessly with product, design, development, and marketing teams.
You’re great at breaking down complex ideas and getting buy-in from different stakeholders. - Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong plus.
