**About the team**

+ The Central Services team includes the FoodSpaces team, responsible for corporate catering across Germany, the Commercials unit with the areas of Commercial Operations, Real Estate, and Controlling, as well as the Data & Tools unit, which focuses on data analysis within our teams, identifies suitable tools, and continuously optimizes processes.

**What you’ll do:**

Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: October 01, 2025

**In this role, you’ll**

This role strengthens the link between efficient process management and data-driven argumentation.

The main focus lies on the analysis and documentation of existing processes, the identification of optimization opportunities, as well as the development and implementation of automations.

In addition, the preparation of data and the creation of presentations and reports contribute to transparent communication of results.

In this way, you directly support strategic alignment, process optimization, and improved internal decision-making

+ Creation and visualization of business data and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support internal decision-making processes.
+ Analysis, documentation, and optimization of existing processes with SAP Signavio; modeling of target processes as a basis for automation.
+ Development, implementation, as well as testing and optimization of automated workflows (including Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation).
+ Support in quality management, reporting, and data analysis.
+ Execution of invoice verification and contribution to cost optimization initiatives.
+ Close collaboration with business units to gather requirements and align solutions.

**Who you are:**

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning

+ Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
+ Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics or related fields
+ IT skills: MS Office; understanding of programming fundamentals; experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Python, or SQL; basic knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
+ Language skills: **Fluent German (B2 plus)** and **very good English** language skills (spoken and written)
+ Soft skills: Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for digitalization and process automation; analytical mindset; good business acumen; structured and independent way of working; team playe
