Als Servicedesk- Mitarbeiter, bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Anwender
• Du erfasst Störungen, dokumentierst sie, ermöglichst eine schnelle Bearbeitung und trägst zu deren Lösung bei
• Die Anwender bekommen von Dir zuverlässige und kompetente Hilfe bei Hard- und Softwarestörungen
• Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und akzentfrei / Englisch mind.
