Business Development Manager – Agentic AI (m/w/d) Job Opening In Leipzig – Now Hiring SVA

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale im Bereich Agentic AI, Automation und digitaler Prozesslösungen

  • Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungspakete basierend auf Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen

  • Gemeinsame Konzeption von Lösungsangeboten und -produkten mit Experten aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen

  • Vertriebsnahe Mitarbeit bei Kundenansprache und der Entwicklung konkreter Anwendungsideen

  • Proaktive Kundengewinnung durch überzeugende Lösungs- und Vertriebspräsentationen

  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen

  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie strategischer Partnerschaften

  • Ihr Profil


  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL) oder Wirtschaftsinformatik – auch ein Quereinstieg ist mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen möglich

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im B2B-Segment

  • Tiefes Verständnis für die Themenbereiche AI, Agentic AI und Prozess-Automatisierung

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Process Management und der Geschäftsprozessberatung sind von Vorteil.

  • Strategisches Denken, Marktgespür und eine klare Kundenorientierung sowie überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen deutschlandweiten Reisen, um Kunden, Partner und Kollegen vor Ort zu treffen

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- (Level C1 oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen (Level B2 oder höher)
