**Audio Supervisor (Senior)**
As a Senior Audio Supervisor at LionbridgeGames, you will lead and scale audio production operations across multipleteams, studios, and high-priority game titles.
With a focus on technicalexcellence, team leadership, and strategic planning, you'll be a key player inensuring quality voice-over, sound assets, and localization readiness for ourglobal clients.
This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives infast-paced, high-volume production environments and can balance execution withinnovation.
**What You Will Do:**
· Manage multiple audioteams across locations or verticals, overseeing day-to-day operations andlong-term resource planning
· Drive consistent deliveryof high-quality audio across multiple projects, clients, and language sets
· Partner with Audio Leadsand Project Managers to align production schedules, staffing plans, anddelivery milestones
· Mentor and develop juniorand mid-level managers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, andcontinuous improvement
· Develop, implement, andoptimize scalable workflows, documentation, and audio standards across teams
· Collaborate with otherfunctional leads in QA, localization, and production to streamlinecross-functional execution
· Oversee technicalescalations and serve as a point of contact for client-facing audio engineeringmatters
· Support recruiting,onboarding, training, and performance management of audio team members globally
· Contribute to studio andinfrastructure planning, tool evaluation, and process automation initiatives
· Ensure all projects meetcompliance, security, and client-specific requirements
**To Be Successful You Will Have:**
· 7+ years of experience inaudio engineering or post-production, with at least 3 years in team leadershipor multi-project management
· Deep understanding ofmultilingual voice-over pipelines, studio operations, and technical QAprocesses
· Advanced expertise in ProTools and other professional audio tools used in game localization
· Experience leadingcross-functional teams or managing direct reports across different locations
· Demonstrated success inprocess design, operational scaling, or workflow optimization
· Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills, including experience in client-facing roles
· Strong ability to managerisk, balance competing priorities, and respond to evolving business needs
· Bachelor’s degree inAudio Engineering, Sound Design, or related technical field preferred
