Als Assistant Buying Office / System Administrator (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class=text-element>

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der internen Systeme, um eine reibungslose Datenverwaltung sicherzustellen
  • Übernahme der Rolle als Schnittstelle zwischen Hotels und Lieferanten, um eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen und Anliegen der Hotels, inklusive Klärung von Rückfragen und Weiterleitung an die entsprechenden Ansprechpartner
  • Unterstützung des Einkäufers / Category Managers bei der Erstellung von auditfähigen Jahresabsprachen für die zentralen Einkaufs-Services sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Konditionen und Preislisten
  • Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtungen zur Weiterentwicklung von Sortimenten und Formaten; Informationsbeschaffung bei Lieferanten, Angebots- und Artikelinformationen, Lieferanten-Onboardingprozess, Anlage von Smartflow und Organisation des Versands von Neuheiten

  • Bereits Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie
  • Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch oder Englisch
