Job description

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umfassende Betreuung unseres Kunden durch Annahme aller eingehenden Serviceanfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle

  • Qualifizierung und Beantwortung sowie ggf.

    Weiterleitung von allgemeinen Anfragen

  • Technischer Anwender-Support

  • Identifizierung, Klassifizierung und Erfassung von Störungen im Ticketsystem 

  • Sofortlösung unter Nutzung einer Lösungsdatenbank (und u.a. durch Remote Unterstützung des Kunden) oder Weiterleitung des eröffneten Tickets zur weiteren Bearbeitung

  • Unterrichtung des Kunden über die identifizierte/ entwickelte Lösung
  • Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung 

  • Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgaben wünschenswert

  • Begeisterte Quereinsteiger mit IT-Leidenschaft bzw.

    IT-Vorkenntnissen sind willkommen

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenkommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat etc.


  • Gute Analysefähigkeiten und eine sehr hohe Kundenorientierung, Servicegedanke, Teamplay und Gelassenheit

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Bereitschaft zu variablen Arbeitszeiten (in Teilzeit vorzugsweise vormittags oder Montag bis Mittwoch ganztags) und zu Dienstreisen in der Einarbeitungsphase
