AUFGABEN

  • Anwenderunterstützung für Microsoft Windows und MS Office Produkte im IT Servicedesk (Remote oder Onsite)

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-technischen Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat

  • Unterstützung der IT-Anwender (m/w/d) im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld auf 1st Level Support Niveau

  • Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem



KENNTNISSE

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, IT-Kenntnisse und IT-Affinität

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und MS Office

  • Erfahrungen im IT Support, Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw.

    User Helpdesk bzw.

    in einem IT Rollout

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Active Directory und einem Ticket-System

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb
