We're looking for a Product Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products.
As one of the first designers on a growing team, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of both leading design initiatives and working hands-on to bring ideas to life .
Design Execution : Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and technical constraints.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers/owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
User Research : Conduct user research and testing, gather insights, and apply findings to improve the user experience.
Prototyping : Develop high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and test with users.
Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Feedback and Iteration : Solicit and incorporate feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to iterate on designs and improve product quality.
Product Design : Minimum 3 years of experience in product design, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
Early-Stage or Startup Experience : Experience working in startups or early-stage companies, understanding the dynamics and needs of such environments.
Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design, and interaction design across multiple platforms.
Design Tools : Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
UX/UI Principles : Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
User Research : Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions.
Front-End Awareness : Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
