We are looking for a full-time, permanent IT User Helpdesk (f/m/d) at our location in Netphen to start as soon as possible.

YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS
You will be responsible for receiving and processing tickets (1st/2nd level IT support) and finding sustainable solutions to problems.
You will take care of computer installations and setting up workstations
You will manage user accounts and access permissions
You will create documentation and instructions and be responsible for user training
You will assist the helpdesk team in the design, planning, and implementation of IT projects
You will support the infrastructure team in the administration of various central applications and services in IT
THIS IS YOU
• You have completed training in the IT field (., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems engineer, or comparable)
• You have several years of professional experience in user helpdesk and are confident in working with the latest Microsoft client-server operating systems
• Strong communication skills are important to you and you have a strong customer and service orientation
• You have already gained experience in the administration of MS Active Directory and O365 as well as in working with Apple products
• You have basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and ideally good written and spoken English skills
